- Our teachers are fully qualified Early Childhood Educators.
- We belong to the Early Childhood Educators of B.C. and are members of the ECE Victoria Branch.
- We are regularly upgrading, by attending workshops, seminars, conferences, and monthly staff meetings.
- Every 5 years our ECE certificate must be renewed and every 3 years our First Aid certificate is renewed.
- All educators have had a criminal record check.

Dianne Bentley - Dianne has been working in the field of early childhood education for over 30 years. She has been involved in the Carrot Seed since its beginning in 1988 and is the supervisor of the Carrot Seed. Dianne was awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Achievement Award in 2003/04.

Margaret Chudyk - Margaret graduated from the ECE program at Camosun College in 1995. She has been involved in early childhood education for many years.

Daunine Burbank - Daunine graduated from the ECE program at Pacific Rim College in 2000.

Gaie Judson - Gaie graduated from the ECE program at Camosun College in 1978. Gaie has been our teacher substitute and our special needs assistant for many years.

Julia Nobel - Julia has been at Carrot Seed since spring 2008, she graduated from UVIC with a BA in Child & Youth Care.
